Hooray, the big day is finally here! Today Up & Running is officially up and running. Registration is now open for our first course, the 5K Beginners Course.

The 5K Beginners Course starts on Monday 21 March. We’ve created a fantastic 8-week training programme for you, with helpful videos and blog posts, inspiring stories from real women who’ve made running part of their lives, plus our support forums and much more. You can read all about the course here.

Special earlybird offer: Sign up up before Tuesday 1 March for just £35 - that’s a £14 saving! (normal price £49). This means the 8-week course works out to be about 63p per day - about the price of a chocolate bar! So if you fancy a treat that won’t go straight to your hips, why not join us?

UPDATE: Lovely Dietgirl reader Anna pointed out that I had the price as £39 on the homepage but £35 on the FAQ page and shopping basket. £35 is indeed the correct price! Thanks Anna
