This course is for you if...
- you're ready to commit to a more intensive training regime
- you can train three times per week, for 50-60 minutes per session
- you can comfortably run 5K in around 35 minutes (if you're not quite there yet, our 5K Course or Bridge to 10K workouts will help boost your time).
