One of the biggest highs of 2014 has been launching the Up & Moving course for walkers and exercise beginners. We’ve witnessed our Movers kick butt over the six weeks, overcoming fears and resistance to make fitness a part of their lives. There’s been many requests for more Up & Moving workouts and we’re happy to announce we’ve finally made this happen!
Up & Moving 2.0 is a PDF download with a fresh batch of Moving workouts, with 3 walking workouts per week that you can do as written or mix and match to make your own schedule.
