We offer e-courses for super-new and seasoned runners tackling 5K, 10K, and half-marathon runs.
The 5K Beginners course is held three times a year, in March, June and September*. Our self-paced 10K, Half Marathon and Up & Moving courses can be started at any time to suit you. We also offer 1-on-1 coaching for the marathon.
