First up is Round 7 of the Bridge to 10K. This series of PDF workout plans is for runners at the 5K level who either want to keep training at that distance or start building up their fitness towards our 10K Course. Round 7 is called Skip-a-dee-doo-dah and features Coach Julia’s favourite running drill of all time, SKIPPING! It is fab for your feet and really helps your running.
We also have Round 4 of Rock the 10K, our series for those who’ve done a 10K and want more 10K action and/or to keep building fitness and improving technique looking ahead to the Half Marathon. The theme of Round 4 is called Front and Back kicks. Have you noticed how Usain Bolt kinda kicks his own butt when he runs? This Round features kicking drills that help you start running faster.
